Greetings Aurora Foundation Supporters,

We are thrilled to share the triumph of our Aurora Impact inaugural two-week Beginner ICT course, culminating on January 19th at the Aurora Office Training Center. A resounding success, the program achieved a remarkable 100% attendance and completion rate, underscoring the commitment and enthusiasm of our participants.

From diverse walks of life in Freetown, a group of eager individuals joined us on January 8th for a transformative two-week journey into the realm of ICT for beginners. The Aurora training center buzzed with excitement as our participants immersed themselves in the learning experience, all driven by the common goal of enhancing their technical skills.

We are proud to announce the graduation of 16 accomplished individuals, marking a significant milestone as the first open-to-the-public ICT beginner course of 2024. These graduates now stand equipped with essential skills that will undoubtedly shape their digital futures.

The comprehensive curriculum covered a spectrum of topics, including a nuanced introduction to computer hardware and software, mastery of MS Word, adept typing skills, and seamless navigation techniques. The diverse range of courses ensured a well-rounded foundation for our participants, setting them on a trajectory towards success in the dynamic world of information technology.

As we celebrate the achievements of our participants, we extend gratitude to each one and the vibrant city of Freetown for embracing this opportunity. The success of this endeavor is a testament to the Aurora Foundation’s commitment to empowering individuals through education.

Stay tuned for more updates on our transformative initiatives, and thank you for being an integral part of the Aurora Foundation community. Notably, the last cycle of Beginners ICT training graduation will be held in the first week of February. Following this, we will commence our ICT intermediate training cycle.
