The Digital Tools Training aimed to familiarize entrepreneurs with a range of digital tools available to streamline their business operations, enhance communication, and improve productivity. The training covered various aspects of digital tools, including:
- Communication Tools: Participants learned about different digital communication platforms and how to leverage them for efficient and effective communication within their businesses. This included tools such as email clients, messaging apps, project management platforms, and video conferencing software.
- Accounting Tools: The training provided insights into digital accounting tools and software that can simplify financial management processes. Participants gained knowledge on how to utilize these tools for tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Educational Websites: The training included information on training websites and e-learning platforms that entrepreneurs can leverage to enhance their skills and knowledge. Participants learned how to access online courses and resources relevant to their industries.
- Social Media Management: The training covered digital tools for social media management, focusing on strategies to create engaging content, schedule posts, monitor analytics, and manage social media presence effectively.
By gaining hands-on experience with these digital tools, entrepreneurs could enhance their business operations, improve collaboration, and optimize their online presence. The training had a total of 21 students who actively participated in the sessions. These entrepreneurs were keen to acquire practical knowledge on leveraging digital tools to accelerate their businesses and make them more collaborative and engaging.
