Changes in Aurora’s team

30.09.21

Sadly we had to say goodbye to Makalay last week, our Sweet Salone Coordinator for the past 1,5 years. Since she set foot in our office, Makalay has been an enormous support and helped our Sweet Salone project grow. Some of her milestones include the preparation and shipment of our first container full of Sweet Salone goods, and her help in organizing our first two pop-up markets in Freetown!

As part of her goodbye party, we spent our Saturday at the Lettie Stuart Pottery where the team of Aurora Foundation participated in a fun pottery workshop. We wish Makalay all the best in her future career!
