More ICT graduates in Sierra Leone!

20.10.20

Aurora Foundation has concluded its first Beginner ICT course in Freetown, Sierra Leone after the COVID-19 outbreak started last February! Now with only 9 students in our training so we are able to adhere to the measures, we have been able to set up a spacious teaching area at our office where students were able to learn the basic computer skills during a two-week training.

We are also very grateful to Islandsbanki for donating the laptops that are being used to hold our ICT trainings. With their donation, we were also able to give away one laptop to Isata Jalloh, who has scored high on the exam as well as had a perfect attendance throughout the course.

We hope to welcome the students back in our Intermediate ICT training, which will be held in a few months!
