ICT for Intermediate Course: A Success Story of Learning and Achievement

01.11.24

We are thrilled to share the successful completion of our ICT for Intermediate training course, which concluded on 1st November 2024. Held at the Aurora Foundation’s Training Center, the program saw a vibrant group of enthusiastic young participants come together for an immersive two-week journey, beginning on 21st October.

With a commitment to empowering the next generation of tech-savvy leaders, the course was designed to deepen participants’ understanding of key ICT concepts and enhance their digital skills. From navigating complex software applications to understanding network security, the curriculum was tailored to ensure both practical and theoretical learning.

The training’s results speak for themselves: an exceptional 100% attendance rate and an impressive 84% graduation rate. This outcome is a testament to the hard work and dedication of both our trainers and the learners themselves, who demonstrated a strong commitment to honing their ICT skills. The success of this course marks an important step in our ongoing mission to build capacity in Sierra Leone’s digital economy and ensure that young people are well-equipped to thrive in the ever-evolving tech landscape.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the participants, trainers, and partners who contributed to this accomplishment. As we continue our efforts to promote education and technology, we look forward to more opportunities to empower young Sierra Leoneans and help them succeed in the digital world.

Stay tuned for more updates on upcoming programs and initiatives!
