Happy birthday to Aurora!

29.01.20

On the 23rd of January 2007, The Aurora Foundation was established by Ólafur Ólafssón and Ingibjörg Kristjánsdóttir. Now, 13 years later, we are celebrating the work of our foundation with the official office opening in Freetown, Sierra Leone!

With the help from many great designers, carpenters and other artisans from Sierra Leone, our office has come together and aims to serve as an inspirational hub. Besides serving as office, the space is used for courses, inspirational talks and workshops.

We would like to thank everyone who had a role in setting up our beautiful office, and of course all of you who came to celebrate with us last Thursday!
